Jerome graduated with a Master of Science in Marketing and Management from ESSEC after an engineering degree at the INP in Grenoble.
After an international career at Texas Instruments then Schlumberger Smart Cards (which became Gemalto then Thales), he founded Freever in 1999, a specialist in value-added services around mobile text messaging, the first social network on mobile phones in Europe. He founded SlimPay in 2009, the first approved payment institution in France, and the first payment service provider to focus exclusively on recurring payments, the driving force behind the emergence of the subscription economy.
SlimPay joined forces with Trustly in 2023, a global payment method, to set a new standard in recurring payments for merchants and consumers across Europe and the UK.

Pascal has worked across four EDC offices (London, Sydney, San Francisco, Paris), has over 25 years of consulting experience, and four years of line management experience in financial services in the UK. Pascal leads consulting projects across the main segments of EDC’s clients including payment networks, banks, large merchants, payment technology providers and other clients such as central banks and investors. Pascal holds an MBA from Lancaster University and a business degree from EM Lyon. Outside of work, Pascal is a keen cyclist and Arsenal supporter.
