I'm trusted to make the right decisions for the client. Decision making is fast at EDC, which has meant I have had to learn fast. This is a great environment to focus on the project deliverables that have a real impact for the client.

My responsibilities at EDC are end-to-end – from project kick off to conceptualising the client’s strategy. This takes me into new business areas where I can demonstrate how our key findings, from primary and secondary research, can help drive the client’s growth.

My favourite thing about being at EDC is the speed at which we gain momentum within every new client engagement. I am part of maintaining and creating a great working atmosphere, which personally makes me want to learn more.

I really like the global nature of EDC and its clients.We deliver all of our work with a multicultural team that exchanges experiences and knowledge at the same time as having some fun in the process.

I love that everybody has a voice at EDC, it is certainly a listening company that is a great environment to learn. In my role, whenever I have a problem to solve, I always know we will come up with more than one solution for the client.
