Max is a Senior Consultant based in EDC's London office. Having joined EDC in 2010, he comes from a strong background in Economics. Max has worked with card networks, issuers, acquirers, airlines, loyalty providers and mobile network operators across EMEA in projects focusing on innovation and opportunity identification, pricing and market entry strategy. Max has been involved in a range of assignments with global mobile providers on the development of payment strategies. He has experience in development of acquisition, partnership and merger strategies as well as target identification and target evaluation. As well as this, Max has been working within the online and mobile payments sector, with particular attention to alternative payment methods, international payments and remittances. Additionally, he has worked on payments strategy for major international airlines, focusing on opportunity identification and partnership strategies as they relate to payments. Max has authored various articles on financial services over the last few years. Max holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from Southampton University.
